Shingar House is a retail store operating from 32-33, Golden Cloth Market, near Ajit Nagar, Amritsar, Punjab, India. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean Shingar House.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately, but slight variations in colour and finish may occur due to handcrafted or natural materials.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully received. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of inventory error, suspected fraud, or pricing mistake. Refunds for cancelled orders will follow our refund policy.

4. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Limitation of liability

We will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products beyond what is required by Indian consumer-protection law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Amritsar, Punjab.
