Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we'll make it right within the limits below.

Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces (e.g. personalised sehra, chooda sets) are not eligible for return unless damaged in transit.
  • Cosmetics that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to return

  1. Email us within 7 days with your order ID and a photo of the issue.
  2. We'll arrange pickup or share a return address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, the refund is initiated.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days of inspection. UPI/wallet refunds typically reflect faster than card refunds.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll replace it or refund in full at no cost to you.
