Areas we ship to

We currently ship pan-India via reputable logistics partners.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat, excluding holidays). Custom or wedding-essential items may take longer; expected times are listed on the product page.

Delivery time

Punjab & nearby states: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Rest of India: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
Remote pincodes may take longer.

Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Free shipping promotions apply only to orders that meet the displayed minimum.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also see live order status in your account under Orders.

Undelivered orders

If a package is returned to us as undelivered (incorrect address, repeated unsuccessful attempts), we'll contact you to either reship (with applicable charges) or refund.
