Book half an hour with someone at the counter. We turn the bag in the light, show you inside it and how big it really is. The ₹150 booking fee comes back as ₹150 off whatever you buy.
How we buy
- Nothing is listed that we haven't had in our hands. If it wouldn't go on the shelf at the shop, it doesn't go on the site.
- Each bag is photographed in every colourway on the shelf, so the one you pick is the one that arrives.
- Our own photographs, on our own counter. No borrowed catalogue shots and no retouching that changes the colour.
- Message us on WhatsApp or book a video call and we will show you the bag before anything is paid for.

- Orders leave the shop within 1–2 working days. Punjab and nearby states usually receive them 2–4 working days after that, the rest of India in 4–7.

- Yes — request a return from your orders page within 7 days of delivery and we refund to the way you paid.
- That bag is on the shelf but not priced online yet. Message us on WhatsApp or book a video call and we will tell you the price the same day.
- Book a video call. Half an hour with someone at the counter costs ₹150, and that ₹150 comes straight back as a credit code.
- The photographs are ours, taken at the counter under the shop's own light, and we don't retouch the colour. Screens vary, so ask if you are unsure.
